Debra Weisser was born the second oldest of eight children in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Her father was in the military and moved the family to Orlando, Florida in 1959. She earned degrees in History and International Studies at the University of South Florida in Tampa and raised her two daughters as a single mother while building a successful sales career in the real estate and technology industries. She then married Ron Weisser, a real estate developer in 2004 and started Hem-Eze after a “magic moment” one afternoon in 2008. She had a common problem and developed a perfect solution. She wanted to wear a different height of heels with her favorite pair of jeans that evening and was in need of a temporary hem. The concept of Hem-Eze came to her, hence their trademarked slogan, Wear High Heels this morning and Sandals tonight …with Hem-Eze®. Being an avid reader, Debra gains much of her inspiration and business insight from various entrepreneurial books. Debra is also very involved in the Tampa Bay community and has a wide range of philanthropic activities. She has served as an honorary chairman of the 2010 Cattle Barons' Ball benefiting for the American Cancer Society and is a supporter of several other charity events.

His fascination with glass began at age five, when he visited a glass factory in West Virginia. Duncan never forgot the image of the glowing, molten mass being formed by an expert craftsman. After successfully working with leather and clay, he finally had the opportunity to learn to blow glass at a studio in Ybor City, Florida in 1987.

Duncan has studied the creation of larger forms with Fred Kahl and John Brekka, two instructors and artists working at the New York Experimental Glass Workshop. He now works out of is own studio in Florida. Currently, his work depicts emotions relating to family, personal growth and the spiritual, soulful connection between individuals.

The processes used in Duncan’s one-of-a-kind and series works enable imagery inside, on the surface –and in some cases both– to juxtapose combined images to articulate the message or idea. The focus is centered around the internal “graal” technique and overlay techniques, incorporating hand cutting, photo resist and computer graphics. To finish these works, acid etching, fire polishing and a six-stage grinding and polishing technique are used.

Learning these techniques and further experimentation with the medium has allowed Duncan more freedom of expression, to better draw the viewer into what he envisions and hopefully to touch similar emotions.

Designer, stylist, and producer Ivanka Ska, has started a true fashion movement within the Tampa Bay area. She has been published in many magazines and has appeared as a fashion expert on NBC's Daytime morning show. Recently House of Ska was featured on Tampa Bay 10 news, Fox13 as well as many runway shows throughout the year.

House of Ska is the first "Fashion House" in St. Petersburg Florida. Ska's fashion house encompasses an elite group of models, fashion designers, hair stylists, photographers and artists. Ivanka is also a co-founder of St.Pete Art Beat, a grass roots artists collective who's objective is to inject art, music and fashion into the Bay area. She also holds a position on the board of directors of Gala Corina that puts on annual events that showcase over 150 local artists.
